Terms & Conditions for No Cost EMI

1. Eligibility
   No Cost EMI facility is available only on select products and transactions made using eligible Credit/Debit Cards, as determined by the respective bank/financier.
2. Tenure Options
   No Cost EMI is available for select tenures (e.g., 3, 6, 9, or 12 months). Options may vary depending on the card issuer and the product.
3. Interest Charges
   The interest charged by the bank will be borne by OmkarWood as an upfront discount. The customer will only pay the product price divided equally across the EMI tenure, without additional cost.
4. Processing Fees / Charges
   No additional processing fee or down payment is required for No Cost EMI transactions unless specified by the issuing bank. GST on interest or other charges (if any) may still be applicable as per government regulations.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
   If the order is cancelled or returned, the EMI facility will also be cancelled. Refunds will be processed back to the source account, and future EMIs will be cancelled by the bank. The bank may levy interest/charges for the period between the purchase and cancellation/refund, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Bank’s Terms
   The EMI facility is offered directly by the respective bank/issuer. OmkarWood has no role in approval, modification, or cancellation of EMI. Customers are advised to check their bank’s terms & conditions before choosing the EMI option.
7. Liability Disclaimer
   OmkarWood shall not be liable for any dispute arising between the customer and the bank with respect to EMI payments, interest, charges, or processing.
8. Amendments
   These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are requested to review them at the time of purchase.
