At OmkarWood, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully:
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns. If your area is remote or outside standard delivery zones, please contact us at support@omkarwood.com for assistance.
Processing Time:
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order furniture may take up to 2–4 weeks for production.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time:
- Metro cities: 5–7 business days
- Other locations: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges:
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
- If there are any exceptional delivery charges, customers will be notified in advance.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
- We take great care in packaging our products. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will assist with repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Delivery Access:
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. For large items, ensure the entryway/staircase/lift is accessible for delivery.
