Eligibility for Returns:

• Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of damage (photo or video) must be shared with our support team.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Size or fit issues
• Products that do not match your space/style expectations
• Change of mind after delivery
• Customized or made-to-order products

Refund Process:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
